New Supervisory Board at Biogas Nord AG

Bielefeld, 16 June 2009. The Bielefeld local court has appointed Aleksander Rechter, Andrzej Jazwinski and Boleslaw Piechucki to the new Supervisory Board of Biogas Nord AG.

Aleksander Rechter (Supervisory Board Chairman), Andrzej Jazwinski (Supervisory Board Vice Chairman) and Boleslaw Piechucki take over from Michael Bourjau, Philip Moffat and Prof. Dr. Peter Vossiek, who left their posts on 31 March 2009 due to a change in the shareholder structure. The court’s decision applies with immediate effect.

The Biogas Nord AG Management Board thanks the former Supervisory Board members for their many years of outstanding, faithful cooperation.

The new Supervisory Board of Biogas Nord AG is made up of Management Board members from the Polish company European Business Partners Sp. z o. o. (EBP), which has been a strategic investor in Biogas Nord AG since the start of 2009, and majority shareholder since April 2009, holding 44.3 percent of Biogas Nord shares. Aleksander Rechter is President of EBP, Andrzej Jazwinski is EBP Management Board member for Operations and Boleslaw Piechucki is EBP Management Board member for Business Development.
